14.5ミクロンという極細のsuper180's woolを旧式の低速織機であるションヘル織機を用いて製作したwool100%メルトン。

本来ションヘル織機で織られた生地は低速で高密度に織ることから固めになるところを、細くしなやかな極細ウールを原料にすることにより、上質な縮絨されたフェルトの質感に仕上がっております。

裏地とポケットの袋布にはボディ&ハンドウォーマーとして、防寒性に適したマイクロムートンを採用。

細く極上の糸を低速の織機で丁寧に織ることで柔らかさx密度の生地の品質を追求したからこそのクオリティーのピーコートを是非お試し下さいませ。

This 100% wool melton is made of 14.5 micron superfine super180's wool on a Schonherr loom, an old-fashioned low-speed loom.

Originally, fabrics woven on Schonherr looms are made with high density at low speed, which makes them stiff, but by using fine and supple superfine wool as the raw material, they are finished with a high quality, shrunken felt texture.

Micro-mouton is used for the lining and pocket pouch cloth as body and hand warmers, and is suitable for protection from the cold.
