This open-collar shirt is an updated take on American vintage shirts from around the 1950s.
It incorporates details that were originally adopted for production efficiency at the time, such as the moon-shaped stand collar that follows the neckline and the chain-stitch construction occasionally seen on vintage shirts.
The subtle differences in seam allowance appearance between the left and right sides are also a detail appreciated by vintage enthusiasts today.
The fabric is a broadcloth made from a cotton, rayon, and linen blend.
The buttons are fabric-covered buttons made from the same material as the shirt.
